Return Policy

1. Overview

At Kixrun, customer satisfaction is paramount. However, to ensure clarity and fairness in all transactions, this Return Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms, conditions, and procedures applicable to the return, exchange, or refund of products purchased through our Services.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must have been purchased directly from Kixrun.

  • The return request must be initiated within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

  • Customized or personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors attributable to Kixrun.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must:

  • Contact Kixrun at kixrun7@gmail.com with the order number, reason for return, and photographic evidence if applicable.

  • Await confirmation and return authorization from Kixrun.

  • Ship the product back to the address provided by Kixrun, using a traceable shipping method at the customer’s expense, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Inspection and Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, Kixrun will:

  • Verify that the product meets the eligibility criteria.

  • Notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the return within 7 business days.

  • If approved, process the refund through the original payment method within 14 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.

5. Exchanges

Kixrun does not generally offer direct product exchanges. Customers wishing to exchange an item must first return the original product following the above procedure and then place a new order for the desired item.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are excluded from returns and refunds:

  • Personalized or customized products (except for defects/errors by Kixrun).

  • Digital downloads and services.

  • Gift cards and promotional items.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipment, or incorrect, please notify Kixrun immediately at kixrun7@gmail.com, providing photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost.

8. Legal Rights

This Policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
